I normally prefer an authentic taco over a Taco Bell taco, but that does not mean I am above eating at Taco Bell from time to time. I want to post about the different Taco Bell menu items from around the world, some look tasty, DELICIOUS!!! I want to try the Central American Chocodilla, a quesadilla style dessert with a chocolate fudge filling, YUM. How about the Banurrito from Cyprus? Burrito style treat with a banana filling, fudge and sprinkles! Or Spain’s Chocomarsh, which is a crunch wrap filled with fudge and neopolitan marshmellows!! Continue reading
If the taco has an ice cream banana split filling, then why not eat it before having a taco dinner? It uses a fried flour tortilla, just like tacos, and then sprinkled with powdered sugar or cinnamon. The insides contain vanilla, chocolate, and strawberry ice cream, with sliced bananas, drizzled chocolate sauce and topped with a cherry. Much like an actual banana split sundae, but with a taco shell that lets you enjoy it with your hands, but you can also use utensils if that is your thing. Either way, it is a sure taco treat feast!!
Oh yes! What is the best way to follow up with a taco dinner? A taco dessert! Some folks are already familiar with the Choco Taco by Klondike, but for the uninformed, it is an ice cream explosion. It is a taco shell shaped waffle packed with vanilla ice cream laced with chocolate fudge swirls; dipped in chocolate and finally topped with peanut crumbles. The Choco Taco is the certified treat for zealous taco fanatics. Bite into one!
